Stephanie is the Legal & Compliance Counsel advising both Malta and Bermuda Group Corporate Service Providers on all aspects of governance and compliance related requirements, and appointed as Compliance Officer for the Bermuda Group companies.

Experience

Stephanie holds more than 30 years in-house legal and regulatory experience in Malta, Ireland, England, the Channel Islands and Bermuda as Corporate & Private Trust Legal Counsel. She provides continuous expert advice to various business segments.

• Warranted by Malta Minister of Justice as European Legal Professional
• Admitted as Solicitor of the Republic of Ireland
• Called to the Bermuda Bar
• Admitted as Solicitor of England & Wales
